Cashback Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from the launch date until December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
The promotion applies to all eligible purchases made in Argentine pesos (ARS) within Argentina using the Exa Card during the Promotion Period.

Cashback Rate
Eligible transactions will earn 1.5% cashback calculated on the final settled purchase amount.

Cashback Credit
Cashback earned during the Promotion Period will be credited after the Promotion Period ends, once all eligible transactions have been reviewed and validated. Cashback will not be credited on a per-transaction basis during the Promotion Period.

Exclusions
Certain transactions may be excluded from the promotion, including but not limited to refunds, chargebacks, reversed transactions, fees, taxes, cash withdrawals, or transactions deemed fraudulent or abusive.

Refunds and Chargebacks
If an eligible transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding cashback amount will be deducted or forfeited.

Abuse and Misuse
Exa reserves the right to withhold or revoke cashback rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Modifications and Termination
Exa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, in accordance with applicable laws.

General
Cashback will be awarded in USDC and will be credited directly to the user’s Exa account. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
