What is the Pax Assistance benefit?

Pax Assistance is a 30-day travel assistance benefit available for all Exa Card Visa Signature users. It provides support during your trip in case of unexpected situations such as medical emergencies or travel-related issues.

Who is eligible for this benefit?

This benefit is available only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You are an Exa Card user

  • Your card has been upgraded to Visa Signature

  • You do not have an active Pax Assistance coverage at the time of activation

If you already have an active Pax Assistance plan, you won’t be able to issue a new voucher through this benefit.

How do I activate my Pax Assistance benefit?

To activate your benefit, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Exa App and go to Home.

  2. Scroll to the Benefits section and select Pax Assistance.

If you don’t see the Benefits section on the Exa App’s Home screen, you may not have the latest version installed. Please go to your app store and update the app.

  1. Tap Get now.

  2. You will see your Pax Assistance ID.

  1. Tap Get benefit.

  2. Enter:

    • Your trip start date

    • Your trip end date

(Coverage can be issued for a maximum of 30 days)

  1. Submit the form to generate your voucher.

How will I receive my voucher?

Once your voucher is issued, it will be sent directly to the email address associated with your Exa account.

Make sure to keep this email, as it contains important information you may need during your trip.

Coverage extension or upgrade

The 30 days of assistance are annual, meaning they can be used throughout the year, either in a single trip or spread across multiple trips, up to the total available days.

If you wish to upgrade your coverage, extend it for a longer period, or purchase additional coverage for family members, it is possible to obtain a coverage extension at preferential rates through the following link:
