How do I deposit fiat funds into my Exa App account?

How it works

When you use the fiat deposit method, your local currency is automatically converted into USDC.

Note: This service is powered by our third-party partner, Manteca. This option is currently available only in selected countries and for specific local currencies.

Steps:

  1. Open the Exa App: From your Home screen, tap the Add Funds button.

  2. Choose your Currency: Select the currency you wish to deposit (e.g., ARS or BRL).

  1. Verification: You will see a screen stating "We need more info about you". This is a standard requirement for our partner; simply tap Continue to proceed. In this step you also accept the terms and conditions of the service.

  1. Receive your USDC: Once the transaction is processed by the provider, your USDC will automatically appear in your Exa App balance.

Before making your first transfer, please keep these specifications in mind:

  • Minimum amount: Transfers must be at least AR$ 1,500.

  • Delivery time: Funds typically arrive within 1 business day.

  • Exchange rate: The app displays the current conversion rate (e.g., AR$ 1,389.32 ~ US$ 1).

  • Fees: Manteca charges a transfer fee of US$ 0.5 + 0.2%.
