Billing Address for Your Exa Card

When making online purchases with your Exa Card, some merchants and platforms (such as Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Uber, and others) require a billing address to process the payment.

What address should I enter?

Use the following billing address for all online purchases with your Exa Card:

604 Hoare Street
San Juan, PR 00907

This address is the same for all Exa Card users and is associated with the card program issuer.

Common issues

My payment was declined — could it be the billing address?
Yes. If a merchant requires a billing address and you enter a different one (such as your home address), the transaction may be rejected. Always use the address listed above.

Do I need this for in-store purchases?
No. The billing address is only required for online or card-not-present transactions. In-store purchases using your physical card or Apple Pay / Google Pay do not require a billing address.

Can I use this address for subscriptions?
Yes. Use this billing address when setting up any recurring subscription that asks for it, including streaming services, SaaS platforms, and app store purchases.

Still having trouble?

If your payment is being declined even with the correct billing address, please reach out to our support team through the Exa App chat. Make sure to include the merchant name and the error message you received so we can help you faster.
