How to Add Funds to Your Exa App

A complete guide to all the ways you can add funds to your Exa App — via cryptocurrencies, cross-chain transfers, and bank transfers.

Written by Mate

Getting started

In the Home section, go to Add Funds: you'll find two deposit methods: Cryptocurrencies and Bank Transfers.

Regardless of which you choose, funds land in your Exa App wallet as USDC on the Optimism (OP Mainnet) network.

1. Cryptocurrency deposits

In this section, you'll find different addresses to deposit crypto.

With a connected wallet

If you already have a wallet connected to the Exa App, you can deposit directly from it.

Optimism (OP Mainnet) (native network). This is your main Exa App address. You can deposit directly on OP Mainnet: USDC, ETH, WBTC, wstETH, and OP (supported assets as collateral), and any other asset.

Base

Send from Base — you'll receive USDC on Optimism.

Solana

Send from Solana — you'll receive USDC on Optimism.

Stellar

Send from Stellar — you'll receive USDC on Stellar.

Tron

Send USDT from Tron — you'll receive USDT on Optimism.

2. Bank transfers

Available options will vary depending on your country. Here's an example for users in Argentina:

From local accounts (powered by Manteca):

Local ARS transfer: Deposit Argentine pesos from your local bank account.

Local USD deposit: Deposit dollars from your Argentine bank account. [Terms and conditions apply]

From international accounts: (powered by bridge)

USD via ACH or Wire transfer: Receive funds from international accounts. Copy and share your account details directly from the app to receive transfers in USD, all arriving as USDC in your Exa App wallet.

Euros via SEPA transfers: Receive funds from SEPA accounts. Copy and share your account details directly from the app to receive transfers in EUR, all arriving as USDC in your Exa App wallet.
