By default, the Exa App sends the assets you already hold to wallets on EVM-compatible networks. Advanced mode removes that limit: you choose what the recipient gets, pick what you pay with, and the app finds the best route.

Examples of what you can do:

• Send Bitcoin to a BTC address using your USDC balance.

• Send USDC on Solana without holding anything on Solana.

• Send ETH on Base while paying with USDC on OP Mainnet.

• Send a tokenized stock to another wallet.

The app handles the swap and/or bridge behind the scenes and shows the full cost before you confirm. You never need to hold the destination asset or have funds on the destination network.

Advanced mode recognizes the address format you paste and picks the matching network family:

• EVM networks — Ethereum, Optimism, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and more (0x… addresses and ENS names).

• Bitcoin

• Solana

• Tron

• Move-based networks (such as Sui and Aptos)

The exact list of networks and assets you can send to depends on route availability at the moment of the transfer. The app only shows destinations it can currently reach from your balance.

There are two ways:

From the Send to screen. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner and switch on Advanced mode.

From the intro. The first time you open the Send flow after the update, you'll see a "Send anything, anywhere" card. Tap Turn it on.

While Advanced mode is on, the Send to screen shows an "Advanced mode on" banner with a Turn off link. The setting stays on until you turn it off.

1. Enter the recipient

Paste the address (any supported network), enter an ENS name, or pick a contact. Contacts saved on non-EVM networks show a network badge.

2. Select the asset the recipient will get

The asset list now has more sections:

• Your assets — what you already hold.

• Trending last 24h — popular assets on the networks you can reach.

• Stocks — tokenized stocks (use the Stocks chip to filter).

Use the network chips to filter by destination network, or search by name, symbol, or contract address. Only networks compatible with the recipient's address are enabled.

3. Enter the amount and choose what you pay with

Type the amount the recipient should receive, in USD or in the destination asset. Below the amount, the Pay with selector lets you choose which of your assets funds the transfer (for example, USDC on OP Mainnet). If the asset or network you pay with is different from what the recipient gets, the app shows a short "Swap assets" or "Swap across networks" note explaining that it will find a route and show the cost before you confirm.

4. Review and send

The review screen shows everything the route involves (see the next section). Hold the button to send.

5. Track the delivery

Cross-network transfers take longer than a same-network send.

To — the recipient address.

Network — the destination network. Make sure the recipient's wallet supports it.

Network fees — Free when you pay with an asset on OP Mainnet (we cover it). Otherwise, shown in USD.

Swap via — the routing provider used for the swap or bridge.

Swap fee — the cost of the swap/bridge route, included in the total.

Minimum received — the least the recipient will get, accounting for price movement while the transfer executes.

Quote refreshes in — a countdown. Quotes are time-limited; if it runs out, the app fetches a new one automatically.

Estimated arrival — approximate delivery time for the route.

Total — what leaves your account.

• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Confirm the address and the destination network with the recipient.

• If you're sending to an exchange, check that the exchange accepts the asset on that specific network. Some exchanges also require a memo or tag that the Exa App does not support.

• Cross-network routes depend on third-party liquidity. Estimated arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.
