Card availability and usage

To get an Exa Card, you must go to the Card section and request your virtual card. First, you will be asked to go through the validation process, but don't worry—it won't take more than 3 minutes. After that, you'll be able to issue your card.

Please keep in mind that you will need to have funds in your account to enable your Exa Card.

The Exa Card can be issued to residents of the following countries:

Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d'Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ghana, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria (requires conditional approval), Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, UAE, Uganda, Uruguay, Zambia.

The Exa Card can be issued to residents of the following US states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

The Exa Card cannot be issued to residents of the following countries:

Bangladesh, Belarus, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Mainland China, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam.

You can use your Exa Card anywhere in the world, except in the following countries:

Your Exa Card works anywhere Visa is accepted, covering over 150 million merchants across more than 150 countries.
